At Sin-Cere Multiservice Inc., our mission is to empower underserved families across Rhode Island through free, bilingual financial literacy and entrepreneurship education. We are committed to breaking cycles of poverty by equipping both youth and adults with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to build stable, thriving futures.
Our Vision
We envision a Rhode Island where financial confidence, business ownership, and economic opportunity are accessible to every family regardless of income, language, or background. Through education, mentorship, and community partnerships, we work to build generational wealth, strengthen families, and create long-term economic mobility.
Our Two-Generation Approach
We serve both youth and adults because lasting change happens at the family level. By supporting parents and children at the same time, we strengthen households, improve financial decision-making, and create sustainable generational impact.

YOUTH PROGRAMS
We prepare young leaders and aspiring entrepreneurs with foundational financial literacy, business development skills, confidence-building, and real-world exposure to entrepreneurship.
ADULT PROGRAMS
Through structured financial literacy workshops and entrepreneurship support, we help adults improve financial stability, increase income potential, and pursue business ownership.
